Recently, some websites in California were the victims of hackers.  The Transportation Authority of Marin website, www.tam.ca.gov, was one of more noticeable victims. The TAM website was taken down after the website became a host for inappropriate pictures. If you do happen to check into the TAM website, you will find an under construction notice. Another victim, the California School for the Deaf-Riverside, http://csdr-cde.ca.gov/, was hacked to provide prescription drugs without a prescription over the Internet.
